Organizational Structure

Budcade Collective operates as a nonprofit project under the fiscal sponsorship of Do Good Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 85-4368754).

Budcade LLC is a separate, for-profit S-Corporation responsible for commercial operations, merchandise, and entertainment programming.

Donations made to Budcade Collective are tax-deductible and restricted to approved charitable activities.
