Budcade works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners to bring you the best products. This means:
- Items from the same order may ship separately from different locations
- You may receive multiple packages for a single order
- Delivery times may vary by item

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your order ships from multiple locations, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at joe@budcade.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
